Coaching & training

Part of a plan can be coaching and training of your employees and trainees in Supply Change Management as well as the Management Team.

Coaching can be organized person-based or team-based, during daily operations as well as in team sessions. Our focus will be practical issues, whereas classroom-based trainings will emphasize on knowledge and theoretical background.

Coaching may cover domains like defining tactics and strategies, improving attitudes and personal skills, on-the-job-learning, problem solving, change management and any other practical issue brought up. Training may include usage of ERP solutions, theory and practice of forecasting and inventory management, logistical processes and procedures etc.
