We consider a Purchasing Team as the agent of all suppliers. For ethical and professional reasons all communications with suppliers should be maintained by or in coordination with Purchasing Department, in order to warrant appropriate company rules,  including best-practices to be duly applied.

Keeping a Purchasing Team up to today’s standards sometimes requires a transformation. It will integrate the Team as part of your overall Supply Chain Organization.
